Shipping policy

Reliable Power Tools ships nationwide within South Africa through The Courier Guy, which also runs the PUDO locker network. Both delivery options below come from the same company:

  • Door to door: delivery to your home or business.
  • PUDO lockers: 1,400+ self service pickup points around the country, open 24 hours, for you to collect at a time that suits you.

Delivery cost

Delivery pricing is subject to change.

  • Orders under R1,500: a flat R175 (for standard items up to 10kg).
  • Orders of R1,500 or more: free delivery, except for bulky or specialised items such as heavy machinery and large power tools (for example router beds and tool chests). Those are quoted individually rather than included in the flat rate or free delivery once they're above a weight limit we're still finalising.

Processing and delivery times

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you are:

  • Johannesburg: in house delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • East Rand: in house delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Other provinces: standard courier delivery.

PUDO locker orders are usually available for collection shortly after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, remote areas, and stock availability can add to them.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, plus SMS/email updates as it moves. You can also track it live through The Courier Guy's website or app.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@reliablebolt.co.za or 011 609 7946 so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for how that works.

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide within South Africa as standard. International shipping is also available, subject to our terms and conditions and to a shipping quote.
